In the second half I set up a floor remote camera to achieve this shot. I triggered the camera with a pocket wizard that was attached to my hand held camera.

I usually shot very tight down court with a 300mm lens, here I decided to go wider and shot with my 70mm-200mm lens at around 135mm to so the bigger picture.
